We are seeking a DevOps Engineer for IT systems to join Amber Grid, a leading Lithuanian gas transmission operator within the EPSO-G group. In this hybrid role based in Vilnius, you will plan, coordinate, and implement modern IT systems and automated software delivery processes (CI/CD); ensure effective IT system monitoring, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence; advise software developers and other staff on DevOps practices and automation solutions, acting as a team mentor; assess needs, plan, initiate, and participate in procurement of modern IT systems and DevOps tools; prepare and update technical documentation and implement organizational standards. Requirements include a university degree in information technology or a related field; experience in DevOps or IT systems maintenance; strong experience administering Windows or Linux systems and knowledge of computer networks; experience with databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle or similar); practical scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar); experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or configuration management tools (Ansible) and CI/CD processes (a plus); experience with Microsoft Power Platform or n8n (advantage); proficiency in Lithuanian and English; ability to plan work independently and execute goals; willingness to solve emerging challenges and take initiative in undefined situations; ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Azure certifications are a strong plus (AZ-400 or other Associate/Expert level certifications).
