DevOps Engineer based in Krakow, Poland, is responsible for automating, deploying, and securing customer-facing cloud solutions using DevOps practices such as automation, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code on AWS. You will work with Software Development, Product and Operations teams to identify and remove bottlenecks in the product lifecycle and help develop monitoring and alerting for provisioned infrastructure and deployed software on AWS to ensure reliable availability of internal and production systems. The successful candidate will be ambitious, possess strong technical problem-solving skills, be collaborative with development teams, and have a passion for automating repetitive tasks while staying current with technology trends. You will join an existing team and may participate in an on-call rotation and occasional travel.
4+ years in a similar role (SRE, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer); solid understanding of software architecture and SDLC; strong networking and security concepts; hands-on experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, Route53, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, AWS CLI); expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform); familiarity with configuration management (Ansible); experience with Docker and Docker Compose; container orchestration with Kubernetes; version control with Git; experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD; Linux administration (Ubuntu, RedHat); Python and scripting (e.g., Bash); monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, LogicMonitor, Prometheus + Grafana); SQL (MySQL, Postgre
