Daycare Center Team Lead at Children's Courtyard, located in Austin, Texas, United States (on-site). As a Team Lead you will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, lead classroom management and implement the curriculum (classroom instruction represents at least 50% of the weekly schedule). You will communicate with families to promote achievement and support the center’s success, mentor new hires and fellow teachers, and assume Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the school. You will ensure the daily care of every child in compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Requirements include experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans; college credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred; ability to meet state/accreditation requirements; and the ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation is based on position, education, and experience with bi-weekly and daily pay options; benefits include health insurance, education assistance, 401K with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts. The work week is Monday through Friday.
