The role partners with a Senior Data Analyst and business customers to understand objectives and transform data into actionable information. The candidate should understand how information flows across business processes and systems to support business objectives and combine technical data skills with business analysis experience. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States; for hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, in-office work is required for a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: 1) Report/Business Analysis: Communicate with the business to understand objectives and needs; identify solutions; solve moderately complex problems; translate concepts into practice; coordinate dependencies between business needs and data processing, technical design and development, report production, training, and documentation; evaluate network adequacy and accessibility, development opportunities, and network growth to support UHN Network Management strategies and objectives. 2) Data Analysis: Demonstrate understanding of data modeling and analytics concepts; translate requirements into data requirements (interfaces, data transformation, etc.) for standard projects; leverage standardized database templates designed for collection, tracking, and reporting to facilitate analysis. 3) Communication Skills: Present effectively to managers and directors; explain standard concepts to clients; create deliverable templates and written material
