Analytics – Full-time – Austin, TX (Hybrid)
About the role We are seeking a data analyst to join our analytics team and turn operational data into decisions that business partners can act on. You will build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, run analyses to answer key questions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business stakeholders - Write and optimize SQL against a cloud data warehouse - Partner with teams across the business to define metrics and reporting standards - Design and analyze experiments to evaluate product and pricing changes - Automate manual reporting processes - Document data models, metric definitions, and ownership
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in an analytics role - Strong SQL - Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI - Working knowledge of Python or R - Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred - Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework - Experience designing A/B tests
