This role serves as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking Fitbit users, helping them maximize their wearable fitness technology, health tracking features, and the Fitbit app. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat; assisting customers with setup, syncing, and troubleshooting of Fitbit devices across iOS and Android; providing clear guidance on health and wellness features such as heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, and activity goal management; educating customers on how to maximize device benefits; logging all interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM; escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up; staying informed on Fitbit product updates and firmware releases; and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
