In a hybrid work arrangement, you will own the customer journey, align ServiceNow solutions with strategic business goals, and partner with Account Executives to deliver integrated post-sales programs. You will lead cross-functional delivery, mitigate risks, and guide the Customer Success function to achieve KPIs including adoption, technical health, renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion.
