We are seeking a driven, customer service-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our Honolulu, Hawaii office. In this fully in-office role, you will be at the heart of the action, providing product, technical and educational support to our potential and existing customers. Your effective communication, problem-solving and attention to detail will help secure existing business initiatives, drive brand engagement, and ensure customer success. You will be the first point of contact and advocate for customers, handle inquiries via omni-channel channels, educate customers about Figure and our products, and deliver unrivaled support by phone, chat and email. You will gather insights to inform product and process improvements, provide technical troubleshooting, and coordinate multi-vendor sessions when needed. You will participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team's capabilities and contribute to an exciting office environment.

What we look for: BA/BS from an accredited university with 1+ years in a customer-facing role. Having an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Hawaii is preferred; the ability to obtain Hawaii MLO licensing within 60 days of hire is required.
