Sigma Computing is seeking a Customer Success Architect to join our team in New York. The CSA provides technical expertise to ensure post-sales customer success, working with customers, partners, and product teams to deliver measurable value. You will act as a product and technical expert, advising customers on best practices for implementation, performance, security (including SSO, team organization, and API access), and embedded analytics, and you will design and develop tailored analytics solutions in customer environments. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to capture feedback, identify new use cases to expand usage and secure renewals, and document architectures while monitoring deployments and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
