Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Boston, MA team. This on-site role provides excellent customer service for electrical products, assists customers with purchases, and processes orders. You will work with the branch team to receive, stock, and stock showroom items and help maintain an organized showroom and counter. Responsibilities include driving electrical distribution sales, developing new and existing customer relationships, staying informed on product knowledge, and notifying management of any safety or customer-satisfaction concerns. You may also perform other duties within the branch such as inside sales, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material, and maintaining branch equipment. Qualifications include 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience; previous branch experience preferred; forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification preferred; High School diploma or GED required; strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines; physical ability to perform duties (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds).
