We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join the Human Resources department with strong communication skills and a work ethic, preferably with experience in customer service and hospitality. This on-site role is based in Los Angeles, United States.

Responsibilities include coordinating the recruitment process for customer service roles, onboarding and processing of new hires, and developing and maintaining relationships with local networks such as colleges, restaurants, community outlets, and online job boards. Previous recruiting experience or HR roles are preferred but not required. Duties include reviewing applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding and training, handling pre-employment paperwork, coordinating uniform orders, maintaining confidential applicant records, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with hiring managers on staffing needs.
