This office-based role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish, leveraging TerraFirma’s automation and mission-control technology to improve safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinating resources; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards; monitoring on-site operations; communicating with clients; training operators of automated earth-moving equipment; collecting and analyzing project data to drive continuous improvements in automation and processes; negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers; assisting with preconstruction activities such as take-offs, vendor solicitations, and pricing; managing submittals from startup to close-out. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; at least 2 years of construction project management experience, including 1 year focused on earthworks or heavy civil; proven track record managing projects with heavy equipment and earth-moving activities; strong knowledge of earthworks techniques, materials, and equipment; proficiency with Primavera or MS Project and budgeting tools.
