What you’ll do: Project Lifecycle & Execution — Lead end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects from site selection through commissioning and launch, overseeing permitting, utility coordination, design reviews, and construction across multiple sites. Develop and maintain detailed project plans that balance speed to energization, construction cost, grid capacity, and operational readiness. Track critical path milestones and proactively resolve blockers to protect go-live timelines.

Utility & Grid Coordination — Partner with utility providers to assess power availability, manage transformer upgrade timelines, service agreements, and energization scheduling to keep sites on track. Coordinate electrical infrastructure requirements across engineering, grid, and construction teams to ensure designs meet interconnection requirements.

Permitting, Compliance & Regulatory — Manage permitting across multiple authorities, navigate zoning requirements, electrical inspection schedules, environmental compliance, and state/local EV infrastructure regulations to maintain schedules. Build and maintain regulatory tracking systems to ensure compliance across a multi-site portfolio.
