ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Community Manager to oversee senior and disabled housing communities in Park Falls, Prentice, and Phillips, Wisconsin. The position requires travel between these sites and experience with Section 8 housing, office/administrative duties, and strong customer service. The Community Manager will work directly with residents to maintain a welcoming, well-managed community, coordinate resident meetings and activities, and supervise on-site staff and vendors. Responsibilities include preparing showings and move-in readiness, communicating property features, answering inquiries, conducting unit showings, greeting visitors, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws in all leasing and renewals. The role also involves processing lease paperwork, collecting rent, handling delinquencies, maintaining resident files, coordinating budgeting and marketing efforts with the Regional Manager, and supporting overall property operations and safety.
