ACC Management Group seeks an experienced on-site Community Manager to oversee two affordable housing communities in Plymouth, Wisconsin, during the initial lease-up and ongoing operations. Hawthorne Woods is a multi-family property with senior, disabled, and family units, and Corner View Cottages is a 44-unit LIHTC community for residents aged 55 and older. The successful candidate will manage leasing, resident relations, showings, renewals, and rent collection while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and coordinating maintenance and vendor relationships. This role requires knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs (Section 42 experience is a plus) and a track record of building occupancy and delivering excellent resident service. Responsibilities include preparing vacancies for showings, conducting tours, processing move-ins/outs, managing budgets and reporting to the Regional Manager, and supervising on-site staff. Some weekend hours may be required during peak lease-up. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of property management experience, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, a valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
