Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for an on-site property in Houston, Texas. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned property, including leading the on-site team, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA). Responsibilities include contributing to the property's budget, analyzing financial statements, reviewing current and projected marketing information, and posting payments; approving invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers; and coordinating communications between vendors, accounting, and ownership. The Community Manager oversees lease enforcement, periodic property inspections, maintenance coordination, safety and cleanliness standards, and staff supervision, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. The role also involves managing the client/owner relationship, providing performance updates, conducting property tours, and preparing various accounting and administrative reports. California-specific Lease File processes are noted where applicable. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills; and a detail-oriented, self-motivated work style. Specialized skills include required licenses as required by state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver's license
