Element Collective is a 197-unit LIHTC workforce housing development in Madison’s University Research Park, opening Summer 2027. ACC Management Group seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and ongoing management of this property. The role focuses on building a thriving resident community, achieving occupancy targets from day one, and ensuring high standards of service. LIHTC/Section 42 experience is required; Knock CRM experience is preferred. This is a full-time position located in Madison, Wisconsin, reporting to the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing showings and move-ins, communicating property features, handling resident concerns and maintenance requests, processing lease paperwork, collecting rents and addressing delinquencies, maintaining resident files and confidential information, supervising on-site staff and contractors, coordinating with vendors, and supporting marketing and budget planning. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of property management experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, proficiency with software tools, and the ability to work flexible hours, travel as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.
