Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a multi-housing community that includes HUD, LIHTC, and Market Rate housing. This role requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, resident services, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property operations and lead on-site teams.

Manage budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy management, resident recertifications, and annual renewals.
