Are you a dynamic apartment property manager looking to apply your leadership to an exciting, rewarding opportunity? The REMM Group is seeking a strategic On-site Community Manager to oversee the operations of a beautiful 200+ unit multifamily community in Los Angeles, near Chinatown and Union Station. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a 200+ unit property, excellent sales, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency with Yardi. Affordable housing experience is preferred. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a rental discount available.
Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, financial management, management of on-site staff, coordinating vendors and contractors, ensuring property appearance and maintenance standards, delivering excellent resident service, organizing community activities, preparing and managing property budgets, monitoring income and expenses, and handling collections and move-in/move-out procedures. The role may involve representing the organization in owner-related matters and interacting with residents to address concerns.
Qualifications and Experience: a bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred; 3+ years of multifamily property management; 2+ years as a Community Manager for 200+ units; strong sales and communication skills; demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities; proficiency with Yardi and other property management systems; knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations; highly organ
