ConServ Building Services is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to drive business growth with commercial clients by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and operations teams, and selling customized HVAC service agreements.

What you will be doing: - Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Identify new customers within commercial and industrial settings, including healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, and distribution. - Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage key decision makers such as property owners, facility engineers, plant managers, maintenance supervisors, general contractors, engineers, architects, and owner/developers. - Travel within a specified territory to meet target and existing customers for new business development. - Attend industry events and trade shows to engage decision makers for new business opportunities.

What you need: - Prior sales experience in construction or mechanical service is a strong plus, including subcontractors, general contractors, and equipment maintenance/retrofit providers. - Prior specialized sales training (Sandler, Miller Heiman, or similar) preferred. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing; or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
