Position: Business Program Manager, Data Center Operations at Google. Location: West Memphis, Arkansas, United States (onsite). As a DCOps Business Program Manager, you will support Google Data Center facilities operations and drive business excellence at the site level. Core responsibilities include robust financial support, strategic negotiations with partners, non-critical infrastructure project management, and co-driving regional strategic initiatives with various stakeholders. You will oversee data center business operations, including budget planning, RFPs, procurement lifecycles, supplier contract lifecycle management, and facilities services. You will manage building maintenance and repairs and resolve vendor-related matters. By leading with functional excellence, you will help ensure the best value of services and eliminate inefficiencies to keep Google Data Centers operating smoothly.

Responsibilities include: managing project goals and deliverables on a timeline; communicating plans to stakeholders; coordinating resources; identifying risks and mitigation plans; establishing and tracking processes with stakeholders; ensuring compliance/privacy alignment; identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements; promoting adoption of new processes.

Compensation in the United States ranges from $111,000 to $160,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus, equity, and benefits.
