Responsibilities

Requirements

Nice to Have:

Experience gathering business requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
Experience with Python or R for analytical tasks.
Experience with data profiling and data quality assessment.
Knowledge of forecasting, scenario modeling, or statistical analysis.
Ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and business audiences.
Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning.
Experience with HR, Payroll, Finance, or Bud
