Job Description: The Business Analyst, Investment Compliance sits within the Global Investment Compliance Change team and supports delivery of change initiatives across the Investment Compliance (IC) function. Investment Compliance interprets investment restrictions from regulations and client investment management agreements, implements these as controls in systems, and monitors them pre- and post-trade to ensure ongoing compliance. The role focuses on understanding business problems, analyzing data and processes, and contributing to practical, structured solutions that improve how Investment Compliance operates, including its tools, workflows, and controls. You will work across global teams (IC, technology, data, and operations) to support delivery of change initiatives and help ensure the IC function operates in a consistent and scalable way.
