Arlo Solutions is seeking an on-site Business Analyst based in Washington, DC, United States, with an active TS/SCI clearance. The role focuses on GEOINT training and workforce development, including strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders in GEOINT learning, GEOINT certification, and workforce planning. Responsibilities include developing and documenting initiatives that support NSG, ASG, and CGTC strategies; establishing GEOINT training standards; maintaining a common GEOINT course catalog and portal; implementing GTAG requirements; developing organizational performance metrics; creating planning templates and reports for ODNI and USD(I); coordinating program management reviews; and supporting meetings with NSG and ASG training organizations. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in GEOINT tradecraft, training development or related disciplines, and at least 2 years of experience in assembling project information, drafting executive summaries, and delivering decision briefs to senior staff. Desired qualifications include knowledge of Joint/IC/Service GEOINT activities, NGA/NSG/ASG experience, understanding of NSG/ASG partner agreements, GEOINT Learning Program, and US Military Schoolhouse training programs.
