Davy Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will support delivery across the organisation by translating business processes into clear technical standards and procedures as part of our policy implementation programme. They will identify process gaps, highlight areas for improved governance and efficiency, and translate these insights into actionable business requirements. This is a business-facing role that works across multiple departments, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to enhance business processes.

Key responsibilities: - Business Analysis & Process Improvement: partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into high-quality business requirements and user stories; document and analyse existing business processes to identify current operating standards and opportunities for improvement; assist with writing procedure documents, templates and implementation plans; help prepare reports, presentations and other materials. - Stakeholder Engagement: facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business teams and senior stakeholders; produce business documentation including procedures, standards, requirements, process maps and operating models; communicate change impacts and benefits across the organisation. - Regulatory & Risk Alignment: ensure alignment of requirements and documentation with internal controls and regulatory expectations; support audits and control assessments; assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by SMEs or senior team memb
