The successful candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process and review high-volume daily sales transactions accurately. Experience with Toast POS is preferred, along with proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure accuracy of Toast POS data - Review, process, and reconcile high-volume daily sales transactions from multiple sources - Reconcile merchant processing statements to daily sales transactions and resolve discrepancies - Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice review, AP batch preparation, payment processing support, and vendor record maintenance - Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure accurate and timely bank deposits by third-party merchant processing company - Perform bank reconciliations and system reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records - Assist with payroll processing using Paylocity, including reviewing payroll data for accuracy - Prepare daily sales reports and support weekly and monthly financial statements - Maintain organized records and supporting documentation for accounting and operations - Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation - Maintain and update products, pricing, and related information in the POS system - Provide operational support to management and team members as needed
