You will write production code, work on services and databases that power our products, and learn how a production system behaves under load. You will be supported by experienced engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and regular technical discussions, and you will use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow to move faster and learn more.

Key Responsibilities include building and maintaining backend features, writing and optimizing SQL queries for MySQL/PostgreSQL, integrating with internal and third-party APIs, using AI coding assistants, writing tests, participating in code reviews, investigating bugs, reproducing issues, and proposing fixes.

What we're looking for: basic programming skills in at least one backend language, basic understanding of relational databases and SQL, hands-on experience with AI coding tools, familiarity with Git and version control, good English, and a genuine willingness to learn and take feedback. Nice-to-haves include Python or Node.js, caching concepts, REST APIs, GraphQL, Docker, Linux basics, and any personal projects or GitHub profile.
