This is a remote, full-time contractor position available in Eastern Europe. Responsibilities include designing and implementing data pipelines, storage, and the API backing the SaaS platform; supporting customers and staff in understanding and using the platform; ensuring platform availability; improving security, quality, testing, automation, documentation, and new features; contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming; estimating effort and creating timelines; and tracking progress to address delays proactively. Minimum qualifications: at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer working on backend and ETL for web applications; experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets; proficiency in Python and SQL; strong communication skills; project management abilities; self-starter who can work independently; located in Eastern Europe. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio; strong analytical and customer-facing skills; and experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
