Castle Automotive Group is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team, oversee inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. As Automotive Sales Manager, you will hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople, coach on standard closing methodologies, set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve quotas. You will assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs, explain product performance, application, and benefits, and describe all optional equipment and accessories. You will perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles. You will learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals. Requirements include previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager; leadership skills with a real passion for training; enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday; goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing; attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities; quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills; a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
