Oxford International is seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to own a range of digital properties and the BAU roadmap for key platforms. You will lead both strategic website projects and BAU enhancements across brands that drive student acquisition and global recruitment, including English-language programs and group offerings. This fixed-term contract runs until August 2027 and is based at the London Office in City of Westminster, United Kingdom. You will define and manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, align with Marketing and senior stakeholders, optimise user journeys from enquiry to enrolment, and identify cross-sell opportunities across the wider Oxford International portfolio. Collaboration is required with Sales, Marketing, Growth Marketing, Operations and Business Development, and you will oversee transitions of new capabilities into BAU, manage the BAU roadmap, and work with internal developers and external suppliers. You will use analytics tools such as GA4, MS Clarity, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to drive data-informed decisions and support SEO, lead generation, and marketing objectives. The role demands strong UX, accessibility, and content-focused thinking, with an emphasis on delivering value in a fast-paced environment.
