Rimports is a leader in the home fragrance category and is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to drive growth within a key sub-category. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, you will lead cross-functional projects, analyze marketplace trends and consumer insights, and develop business cases for innovation and core growth initiatives. You will oversee the creation of packaging and marketing communications assets, define distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotions, and monitor sales and financial performance to recommend corrective actions. You will support the annual operating plan and budget development and present recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, 2+ years leading brand and product initiatives in consumer goods, strong communication, project management and execution skills, experience leading a cross-functional team, and a track record of P&L responsibility. Experience with a leading CPG brand is a plus, and home or personal fragrance experience is a plus.
