Key responsibilities: - Assist with monthly financial close processes - Maintain general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations - Support HR activities including safety, workers' compensation claims, and onboarding - Prepare financial statements and management reports - Oversee accounts payable, inventory management, and payroll processing - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management - Assist with sales tax filings, insurance, and benefit renewals

Required qualifications: - 2+ years of accounting experience - Strong knowledge of financial reporting - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
