Assistant Branch Manager – Sales Manager Trainee is an entry-level role with a clear path to Branch Manager in a growing financial services company. This on-site position in Paducah, Kentucky includes an 18–24 month paid, on-the-job training program and relocation support when promoted. You will focus on helping customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business, listening to understand their needs, and recommending the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. You will educate customers on our consumer lending services, assist with the loan application process, and help manage loan closings. You will also assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and help develop and implement plans to meet sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
