Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading efforts to meet or exceed company goals for profitable sales growth within a specified territory. This is a working, in-field role. The compensation includes a base salary of $60k plus commission. Travel to all branches is required up to 25 weeks per year. In-field ride-alongs and training of sales staff are essential responsibilities.

Job Objective: Attain area sales goals by training the sales process to new and existing staff, promoting the growth of Patio Enclosures sunrooms and Stanek window products in all markets. Provide leadership to the General Manager in identifying process success and deficiencies in the sales organization. Work with GM to establish sales processes to produce high-performance sales reps in each location. Support hiring and training of new sales reps with GM to build a strong sales force to meet growth objectives. Contribute to the development of company training and education programs.
