Position: Product Designer (AI) on a long-term client engagement, fully integrated into the client's product ecosystem while supported by the Devoteam Design community. You will own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, creating digital products that are useful, high-performing, and aligned with real user needs.

Responsibilities

Your profile:

Frame & align: understand client goals, run workshops with stakeholders, prioritize needs, and structure the design backlog.
Explore & analyze: conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), analyze data, and synthesize actionable insights.
Design & deliver: create journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and accessible UI that is coherent with existing design systems and eco-design principles.
Test & iterate: organize usability tests, lead UX audits, and iterate on flows based on performance indicators.
Fluent English (C1) to produce deliverables, lead meetings, and run workshops in English.
Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio highlighting projects and outcomes.
Figma proficiency is mandatory.
Excellent communication to advocate design choices within the team.
Basic understanding of development to facilitate collaboration with eng
