You will provide outsourced accounting services to multiple clients, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, general bookkeeping, monthly closes, and financial reporting and analysis, from a home office. You will onboard new client engagements, implement software, and collaborate with a team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables while maintaining client confidentiality. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience; 1+ year of transactional accounting using QuickBooks or NetSuite; experience in a multi-client environment is preferred; and the ability to work during standard U.S. business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm in EST/CST/MST/PST).
