Lockton is seeking an Account Manager to support the Employee Benefits practice in Chicago, Illinois (United States). The Account Manager will service a designated health and welfare book of business, focusing on client service, marketing, vendor management, project management, claims processing, and administration, and will collaborate with the account executive to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing service/project timelines for clients; supporting the account executive in scheduling and preparing client meetings; coordinating carrier renewals; drafting line of coverage and revenue summaries; managing carrier and vendor responses during bid solicitations; ensuring timely execution of contracts and documents; reviewing SPD, certificates, policies, and contracts for accuracy; initiating and managing administration for new carrier implementations; preparing RFPs and annual compliance calendars; producing routine claim summaries and enrollment materials; and addressing internal compliance issues such as disclosure, service agreements, and broker of record letters.
