About the role
Account Manager – Venlo, Netherlands (Hybrid)
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage, optimize, and grow a portfolio of international clients within our Tech division in a high-tech contract logistics environment. You will serve as a strategic partner to customers, handling commercial, financial, and project matters, including contract and revenue development, invoicing, and coordinating change initiatives and implementation projects (e.g., system enhancements or new logistics processes). You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and changes.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Manage and grow customer relationships within a complex contract logistics setting
- Analyze and improve SLA performance, KPIs, and commercial results
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and translate data into concrete improvement actions
- Identify commercial opportunities such as upselling, contract expansions, and service improvements
- Manage contracts, pricing, indexations, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with operations, customer support, and business support teams to ensure excellent service and operational performance
- Work with other Account Managers and report to the Key Account Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business (or equivalent)
- Experience in account management or contract management in contract logistics
- Experience with KPI management, commercial analyses, and stakeholder management
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with SAP or s
