This on-site role places you as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring partners receive exceptional service, guidance on video gaming applications and live gaming processes, and timely updates on industry information. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, collaborate with marketing on on-site materials and promotions, and identify opportunities to expand Accel’s gaming offerings. Responsibilities include visiting partner locations, gathering feedback, educating partners on products and compliance, and maintaining accurate account records and performance reporting. The position requires 3-5 years of professional account management or outside sales experience, strong organizational and communication skills, significant travel within the region, and a valid driver’s license.
