The role involves day-to-day client service, managing timelines and deliverables, and participating in client calls, coverage reporting, and next-step planning. You will support program execution across media relations, awards, speaking engagements, and thought leadership campaigns, and perform industry trend research to identify media opportunities. In Media & Influencer Relations, you will help build journalist lists, draft pitches and press materials, monitor coverage, and support social amplification on LinkedIn. In Writing & Content Development, you will draft and edit press releases, pitches, blogs, bios, and award submissions, translating complex financial topics into clear, engaging narratives while ensuring consistency of tone and messaging. In Insights & Reporting, you will track media results, deliver clear reports, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen storytelling and outreach. In Team Collaboration & Growth, you will work with senior team members, take initiative on projects, communicate progress, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
