PayPal is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth in our Ads business. This role focuses on revenue generation through prospecting, new customer acquisition, and expanding existing client relationships within a vertically aligned book of business. You will apply your deep experience in digital advertising, commerce media, or retail media to secure opportunities for enterprise brands to leverage PayPal’s data and media offerings across onsite and offsite platforms. We are looking for high-performing individuals with a proven track record of launching and growing ad platforms, including experience supporting both owned-and-operated and programmatic advertising programs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Manage mid-sized to large client accounts
Develop and present strategic advertising proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize campaigns
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
Leverage ad platforms and attribution tools to measure ROI and advise on optimization
3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience prospecting and closing new business
Strong background in programmatic advertising (DSPs, PMPs, SSPs) with hands-on experience across programmatic buying platforms and media trading desks
Deep familiarity with sales tools (Winmo, SellerCrowd) and CRM systems
Ability to interpret business and media performance metrics to inform a sales pitch
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence
