Overview As Head of Product, you will lead the Product organization, including Product Management, UX Research, UX Design and Customer Support. You will report to the CTO as part of the leadership team and ensure our product strategy, organization, and execution align with the company’s goals. This is a senior leadership role requiring an experienced people leader who creates clarity, drives accountability and develops high-performing teams. You will drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful delivery across multiple teams.

What you’ll do - Lead, coach and develop the Product organization (7 direct reports) - Translate company strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap with Product Managers - Define and track product success through goals, KPIs and data-driven decisions - Champion customer-centric thinking while balancing user needs with commercial objectives - Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment and momentum - Establish and continuously improve product development processes and standards - Resolve competing priorities across squads and collaborate with Engineering leadership - Own the Product department’s organization, hiring, budget and long-term workforce planning - Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance
