Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Staff Visual Designer to lead visual strategy for growth marketing and enrollment initiatives. This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco office.
About The Role
The Senior Lead Visual Designer on the Brand, Creative & Content Growth team will shape the visual strategy and design execution across the member journey, translating complex clinical and product value propositions into clear experiences that build trust and drive action. You will lead the visual direction for growth campaigns, collaborate across Growth Marketing, Product, Content Strategy, and Creative Operations, and mentor other designers to raise the quality bar. What You’ll Accomplish: How You’ll Do It:
- Own the design vision for growth marketing, translating clinical and product value into compelling visuals that move members from awareness to enrollment.
- Bring new products to market by building creative systems and campaign assets that clearly convey value.
- Design integrated campaigns across channels, guiding end-to-end experiences from awareness to action.
- Define the end-to-end member journey and ensure experiences are visually strong, intuitive, and impactful.
- Scale and evolve design systems with robust libraries, templates, and components.
- Mentor designers and establish standards for category-leading creative.
- Elevate the Hinge Health brand across channels using system-level thinking, modular components, and data-informed iteration.
