PS EMEA Commercial Controller (all genders)

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Controller to support the Process Solutions business in Commercial EMEA. This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership to drive profitable growth through data-driven insights and financial excellence. You will identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. As a trusted finance business partner to Commercial with a focus on the Central region in EMEA, you will deliver actionable insights through data analytics and robust reporting. You will develop and maintain dashboards and standard reports that enable effective decision-making. You will lead benchmarking analyses across products, regions, customer segments, and competitors to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. You will analyze pricing, product mix, and commercial investments to maximize profitability. You will provide financial support for forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. You will identify commercial risks and opportunities and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, and Franchises to ensure alignment and execution.
