Role overview: As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive the AI transformation journey for each. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a small, ambitious team operating fully on-site in Berlin, where you will intersect customer success, commercial growth, and product influence. You will leverage AI agents and automation to scale your work.

What you\'ll do: - Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be directly accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion. - Build structured account plans, including stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies. - Lead strategic customer conversations—QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins—grounded in data and measurable outcomes. - Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope. - Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes: find champions, manage blockers, and build multi-threaded relationships from end users to C-level. - Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your book of business, reducing manual effort. - Collaborate across Solutions Engineerin
