We're an early-stage AI-powered talent acquisition startup on a mission to replace the traditional job application process with smart, direct introductions between candidates and hiring teams. Our platform acts as a personalized AI talent agent—understanding candidate preferences through natural conversation and connecting them directly with the right opportunities at startups. We are hiring our first full-time Founding Frontend Engineer to shape and build the consumer-facing product from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the heart of our product and engineering team. What You'll Do: Own and drive the frontend architecture and development of our core consumer product end-to-end. Collaborate closely with design and product to translate Figma designs into polished, performant UI experiences. Leverage AI coding tools to move fast and maintain high code quality. Help establish frontend best practices, tooling, and processes as an early founding team member. Contribute meaningfully to product decisions—your voice shapes what we build and how. Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment where your work directly impacts thousands of users. What We're Looking For: Required: 3–5 years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on consumer/B2C products. At least 2 years of experience at a B2C company— you understand what great consumer UX feels like. Proficiency with Figma and comfortable working directly from design files. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, or similar). Authorized to work in the
