Creative Designer position, onsite in Lancaster, South Carolina, United States, with hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Creative Designer will collaborate with other designers to create visually engaging communications for our company, including layouts for advertisements, brochures, print collateral, web banners, posters, packaging design, and more. This role helps establish and maintain brand standards and works with external vendors to ensure adherence to those standards. Responsibilities include designing and producing packaging, print and electronic marketing materials for internal and external audiences; preparing pre-press production files for print projects in line with fundamental design principles; coordinating with outside vendors such as photographers, printers, and display houses; maintaining organized asset libraries and file naming conventions; staying current with digital technology and design trends; preparing packaging artwork files for 3D rendering by vendors and reviewing 3D renderings upon completion; contributing to brainstorming for new graphic designs and layouts as part of a creative team; performing other duties to meet company objectives; and communicating effectively with other departments in a collaborative team environment.
