Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across different fields, primarily for the German market, from our Global TA Hub in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, act as a strategic advisor on talent decisions, source and engage top candidates using modern recruiting techniques, and own the end-to-end recruitment process. Qualifications include a degree in Business, Technical Engineering, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally a combination of headhunting agency and industry recruiting; a hunter mentality with strong ownership; experience with modern recruiting tools and a background in candidate diagnostics; excellent communication skills in English and German, Spanish a plus; proactive with an intercultural mindset, structured working style, and genuine interest in working with people; digital mindset.
