Position overview The Mobile Outreach Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Mobile Outreach program, including direct staff supervision and ensuring that goals, objectives, policies, and procedures align with grant objectives.

Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and oversee administrative aspects of the program serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Chicago and in coordination with the CTA. - Create program manuals and training materials. - Provide direct supervision and training to Mobile Outreach program staff and supervisors; monitor staff performance, attendance, and documentation. - Develop program schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage. - Ensure that staff deliver required homeless clinical and support services efficiently, with close supervision and monitoring. - Provide direct services as needed, including assistance with mainstream benefits and ancillary services. - Ensure contract requirements and grant deliverables are met; monitor records for QA compliance with Haymarket Center standards, policies, and procedures. - Prepare and submit required reports (quarterly, monthly, billing, etc.) to funders. - Evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness and maintain program integrity. - Engage with the CTA and Department of Family and Support Services systems as needed.
