Program Manager responsible for coordinating the Platform Team to promote a sense of belonging and accountability within each member's area. Ensures availability of project specifications within the Platform Team and guarantees visibility of resources (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) for current and future projects to support optimization. Defines, updates, and progressively optimizes the project plan. Coordinates the Platform Team in estimating all costs necessary to prepare the EFP. Monitors progress against targets (timing, cost, and quality) and identifies action plans and escalations in case of variances. Regularly updates the customer on project status to ensure satisfaction. Oversees the assessment and introduction of changes to the project (feasibility analysis, cost estimates, planning, and monitoring of implementation activities) before and after SOP. Ensures compliance with the relevant Company procedure (Stargate).
